Ordering Details

Build Times
All merchandise on RockLegendNews.com is custom made to order and requires a build time to complete unless otherwise posted. Build times range from 2-14 business days in the order received. Build times are in addition to the times posted for shipping/delivery. You will be contacted, upon successful order placement, with an estimated time for completion along with periodic updates via email concerning the progress of the project for longer build times.

Shipping
Once you place an order it will be fulfilled within the time frame as indicated in the description of the item or on the shipping and returns page. If you purchased a downloadable product you will download it immediately after purchase. We use fulfillment services for all items not handmade and are shipped accordingly from those facilities worldwide. We utilize the services of FedEx and USPS for all worldwide deliveries. Most all orders are shipped within 7 business days from date of order. However, ship times will vary during holiday periods.

USA Shipments
Shipments are sent by the selected delivery method at checkout utilizing these carriers: USPS postal mail and FedEx.

International Customs Fees
Shipments are sent by the selected delivery method at checkout utilizing these carriers: USPS postal mail and FedEx and any other suitable international carrier. Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on the order value and country limits. These fees are the responsibility of the the customer.

Product Build Time & Delivery Information

Merchandise
Build time is 2-7 business days. Merchandise is hand made to order which requires a time to build and is in addition to the delivery times posted for shipping/delivery times. Some items might be shipped separately from various worldwide locations.

Download Items
The delivery of downloaded items are immediately available after purchase on the confirmation page and additionally contained in your confirmation email receipt as a PDF document.

Returning Merchandise
 Any and all returns must be accompanied by a RMA - return authorization number. Returning to sender without first contacting customerservice@rocklegendnews.com is no guarantee your return will be received at the correct facility and handled expeditiously.

Damaged Items
Missing or damaged items during shipment will be replaced by our company at no charge to the consumer only if the receiver contacts customer service within 12 hours from receiving the damaged package. Contact customerservice@rocklegendnews.com to submit a claim.

Refunds & Order Cancellations
All sales are final. Once an order is placed it is automatically submitted for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.

Returning Merchandise Details

Rock Legend News offers high quality merchandise handmade to order making our merchandise non-returnable for reimbursement or exchange. All sales are final unless any condition below constitutes otherwise.

Order Refunds

All sales are final unless you have encountered a defect with your delivered package which may not constitute a refund or cancellation of the order.

Returns Eligibility

Any and all items must be unopened, unused, contained in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Return shipment and shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any and all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA). Returning to sender without first contacting customer service does not guarantee your return will be received at the correct facility and handled expeditiously.

Merchandise Exchanges

Exchanges are not permitted for any item due to the handmade nature of our merchandise.

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days from date of purchase as long as the following conditions are met:

Any and all items must be unopened and unused.
Items must be in perfect condition without any obvious tampering, use or destruction of any kind.
Any broken seals or unwrapped items will be considered used and opened thus, not refunded.

Return shipping and charges are the responsibility of the customer and at the customer’s expense. All qualified returns will be charged a restocking fee of 45% of the original order amount before an RMA number is issued. Once a returned item is en-route to us and you happen to change your mind resending the returned item back to you cannot be accommodated and you will need to purchase a new item and start the process over.

Transit Damage

Missing or damaged items during shipment will be replaced by Rock Legend News at no charge, which may not constitute a refund or cancellation of the order only if the following conditions are met:

The consignee contacts customer service within 12 hours from receiving the damaged package.
The consignee provides clear non-pixellated decipherable photos of all six sides of the damaged shipping package BEFORE opening the shipping package.

To submit a claim contact customer service with your order number: customerservice@rocklegendnews.com.

To return merchandise contact customerservice@rocklegendnews.com for an RMA number. This RMA number must be issued first before any merchandise is eligible for return.
